On most jobs the customer deals entirely with
me. I am the salesman, I do the designing & I do
the work. The customer doesn't have to deal with
different people with different job titles
throughout the project. I am there everyday. |

Experience:

I have 36 years of experience in the building
industry, 33 years of that in my own business. I
know what material to use and how to complete a
project that will last. Over half my jobs are
repair work because of poor material selection
or improper installation. |

Quality Control:

I strive for quality work on every project. It's
not about how fast but how well the job at hand
is done. I hand pick all materials myself. If
subcontractors are needed I am there to oversee
them. Most of my subs have worked for me 10 to
15 years. |

Job Completion:

I do one project at a time and do it well. That
job is focused on until its completion and then
I start the next. I don't believe in jumping
back and forth to different jobs. |

You don't stay in business for 33 years by
disappointing the customer. About 90% of my jobs
are repeat customers. I'll gladly supply
references, please call them. I think you'll
find that I am not always the fastest or
cheapest builder, but the end results have made
a lot of people happy. |
